man by the shoulder to prevent him from falling, his

broom clattering loudly to the ground. The sharp sound

of the wooden handle hitting the concrete shattered the

carefully curated atmosphere of Leon's video shoot.

"Cut! Cut!" Leon roared, his face instantly flushing

with angry color. He spun around, dropping his

aggressive persona and replacing it with genuine,

petulant fury. "What the hell is going on back there?

You're ruining the take!"

The cameraman hastily righted himself,

stammering apologies. "Sorry, Leon, I tripped over the...

the janitor." He pointed a trembling finger at Wilhelm,

who was quietly bending down to retrieve his fallen

broom.

Leon’s eyes locked onto the old man in the blue

jacket. The champion's massive ego, already inflated to

bursting by the morning's adulation, could not tolerate

this interruption. He marched off the mat, closing the

distance between himself and Wilhelm in three long,

predatory strides. He towered over the stooped figure.

"You," Leon sneered, the word dripping with

contempt. "Are you blind, old man? We are shooting a

documentary here. You’re in the background making a

racket with your garbage."

Wilhelm straightened up slowly. He did not look

intimidated; he merely looked tired. "I was outside the

lines," Wilhelm said softly, his voice a raspy whisper

that barely carried over the hum of the gym's

ventilation. "The boy stepped backward."

"The boy is working for me!" Leon shouted,

pointing a heavily taped thumb at his own chest. "I

bring millions of euros into this gym. I pay the bills.

That means you work for me. When I am on the mat,

you stop breathing if I tell you to. Understand?"

A collective gasp rippled through the onlookers. It

was a grotesque mismatch, a cruel bullying tactic

designed entirely to humiliate a defenseless senior

citizen for social media clout. The entourage snickered,

phones held high.

Wilhelm stood perfectly still. He slowly placed the

broken handle on the floor next to the broom head. He

wiped his hands on his faded blue jacket. "One free

shot," Wilhelm repeated softly, his pale eyes locking

onto Leon's chin. "You are very certain of your

invincibility, young man."

"I am the Viper," Leon grinned, dropping his hands

entirely behind his back, sticking his jaw out

prominently. "Take the shot, old man. Give me your

best."

Chapter 4: The Strike

The air in the gym grew so thick it felt

unbreathable. Every eye, every camera lens, was fixed

on the bizarre standoff. The 24-year-old titan, muscles

coiled and primed, radiating an aura of invincibility,

against the 67-year-old cleaner in a dusty jacket. It was

a scene ripped from a comic book, but the tension was

violently, undeniably real.

Wilhelm did not rush. He did not wind up like a

barroom brawler. He simply stood there, assessing the

exact distance, the exact angle, and the exact

vulnerability of the arrogant chin presented to him. He

noted Leon’s weight distribution—too far forward on

the lead leg, neck muscles tense but entirely

unprepared for the reality of sudden impact.

For three long seconds, nothing happened. Leon’s

smirk grew wider. "Come on, grandpa, I don't have all

day—"

He never finished the sentence.

Wilhelm’s movement was barely perceptible to the

untrained eye. It was not a wild swing; it was an

execution. It started in the ball of his right foot, a micro-

pivot that generated a sudden, violent torque through

his hips. This kinetic energy whipped up his spine,

transferring flawlessly into his right shoulder.

His arm did not loop; it fired in a perfectly straight

line, a piston of bone and hardened sinew. His fist, loose

during the travel, clenched into a dense block of granite

only a millimeter before impact. He didn't aim for the
