Allison began compiling their stories.

One evening, she stared at the growing list on her laptop.

Four families.

Then seven.

Then eleven.

She whispered:

"This wasn't an accident."

It wasn't.

It was a system.

And someone had finally made the mistake of attacking a family that refused to stay silent.

The Threat

On the seventh night, Allison's phone rang.

Unknown number.

She answered.

"Mrs. Grace."

The voice was cold.

Controlled.

Familiar.

Kelly Mason.

Allison immediately recognized it.

"Let's resolve this peacefully," Kelly said.

Allison said nothing.

"You don't want to stir up more than necessary."

Allison walked toward the hospital window.

"You threw a brick at my son."

"He survived."

Allison's fingers tightened around the phone.

Kelly continued.

"There are things in the past that are better left alone."

Allison's voice became quiet.

"You don't get to decide that."

There was a pause.

Then Kelly said:

"You have no idea what you're starting."

Allison looked at Logan through the ICU glass.

"Neither do you."
