In a fraction of a second, the old man had pivoted, his movement so fluid and efficient it seemed entirely effortless. Before Leo could retract his arm, the old man’s hand clamped onto Leo’s wrist. With a gentle but immovable force, the old man redirected Leo's momentum. A swift, light tap to the back of Leo's knee sent the young champion crashing to the mat. Leo scrambled up, furious. He unleashed a barrage of his best combinations—kicks, punches, strikes—but he hit nothing but air. The old man moved like water, stepping exactly where he needed to be, wasting no energy. With one final, precise push to Leo's chest, the champion was sent sliding backward, completely out of breath and bewildered.
