Sandra had invented it.

The clubhouse was packed Tuesday night.
Marcus sat near the back.

Sandra interrupted.
"It was an enforcement action."
Howard looked at her.

He looked directly at Sandra.
"The issue isn't whether she was eventually harmed."
He paused.

Howard asked Sandra several questions.
