He read slowly.

No recorded easement.

No implied community right.

No HOA authority.

No basis to demand removal of the gate.

The association should formally acknowledge the road was private.

Residents should be instructed not to use it.

Karen tried to interrupt.

Daniel kept reading.

By the time he finished, Karen's face had gone pale.

Karen exploded.
