“We can't wait.”

Jerome stared at the building.

“If we rush in, we could destroy the evidence.”

He called Detective Morris again.

Then they waited.

For two hours.

Nothing.

Then—

A light appeared inside the warehouse.

Shade whispered:

“Someone's there.”

The engine suddenly started.

Everyone froze.

The van burst from beneath the tarp.

“It's moving!”

Jerome ran toward his motorcycle.

“Follow it!”

The Ghost Riders pursued from a distance.

They did not ram the van.

They did not block it.

They simply kept it in sight.

Raven started recording.

She announced on a livestream:

“We are following a vehicle matching the description in a missing-child investigation. We are not interfering. We are maintaining visual contact for law enforcement.”

The van accelerated.

Highway 47.

Three car lengths separated them.

Jerome could now clearly see the license plate.

It matched.

Then red and blue lights appeared ahead.
